Planting a Forest – Call for Photo Submissions

Planting a Forest….The Painted Bride Art Center is collecting tree memories from throughout Philadelphia for a gallery exhibition this September. Join us by submitting a photo via email to photos@localhost/paintedbride of your memorable tree and two sentences on why you selected your tree and where it is/was located. We will print out all of the photos and hang them in the gallery at the Bride this fall. Please include your contact information so we can invite you to our opening reception!

This exhibit is part of the Bride’s RE-PLACE-ing Philadelphia project. The project is built on the foundation of public dialogue and interaction, using art as a lens for viewing Philadelphia’s history and re-envisioning its future.

Submissions close August 10, 2015.
