Fresh Cut Ensemble: Jason Fraticelli (bass), Josh Lawrence (trumpet) and Anwar Marshall (drums) with special guest students from UArts, Temple and the Kimmel Creative Music Program.

In the creative spirit of last season’s Fresh Cut from the Vine concert featuring new works from promising emerging local jazz composers, we present Homegrown Gatherings: Sunday Jazz Series– an afternoon of improvised creative expression in a casual setting. This particular Sunday will feature students from UArts, Temple and the Kimmel Creative Music Program performing music from the Fresh Cut Orchestra’s upcoming album “From the Vine”.
Audiences of all ages from community are welcomed to enjoy a full afternoon of music, food provided by a local food truck, drink, fellowship, and fun. We will also have a crafts area for children.
