Grafting Ammunition is a series of 76 monoprints using relief printing and serigraphy. This work is a product of the collaboration POST NEWARK, and was created with Kevin Shook in 2013. The work was printed at Yellowhammer Press in the Department of Art and Art History at Birmingham Southern College in Birmingham, AL. The title of the project, Grafting Ammunition, refers to the ways in which opposing viewpoints draw their arguments. Underlying conceptual themes relate to culture wars, theology and politics.
