Broadway Star Anthony Wayne (Broadway’s “PIPPIN”, “PRISCILLA” & “Anything Goes”) sings, lives and breathes life as the 1970’s Disco Singer SYLVESTER.

Meet the Producers:

Creators Kendrell Bowman and Anthony Wayne had been working on MIGHTY REAL since 2011 and as they were developing plans in Early 2014 to bring the show Off-Broadway, they were reaching out to so many people through social media. After consistent tweets (through Twitter), there was one that responded back and could see the vision. The incomparable Sheryl Lee Ralph. After her response, Bowman and Wayne connected with her and took a bus down to Philadelphia from New York City, met up with her for lunch, spoke about the direction and impact the show could make on the world and from there, she was on board. Since then, AnthonyKen, LLC. and Sheryl’s Organization The D.I.V.A. Foundation have utilized MIGHTY REAL to bring awareness to the fight against H.I.V./AIDS and to inspire people to live their best life to the fullest just as SYLVESTER did.
