Thundering Taiko percussion and visually stunning folk movements balance in unison as Tamagawa, a top-ranking thirty-piece troupe from Japan bombards the Bride’s stage. Rooted in ancient Japanese tradition, Tamagawa’s high-energy performances have garnered competitive awards in Japan as well as rave reviews in the states. The troupe’s fan base just continues swell each time they tour the US. This Spring, the decorated troupe returns to Philadelphia to deliver another breathtaking performance at the Bride… just in time for Philadelphia’s Cherry Blossom Festival.
