Yoga at the Bride has been discontinued.
Iyengar yoga is characterized by its focus on physical alignment and mental development through meditation and stillness. Students will spend each class not only perfecting poses, but building awareness of the way each pose affects the mind. The practice is known for its ability to relieve the mundane stresses of a workaday lifestyle and promote overall concentration and flexibility.
Iyengar yoga is also the first practice to use tools—blocks, straps, and cushions—to accommodate pregnancy, illness, and old age. That said, Yoga at the Bride is all-inclusive. What’s more, Yoga at the Bride will cap each class at 20 attendees, ensuring that each student receives personal attention and adjustment from the instructor, Gabrielle.

Gabrielle Sigal is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher who has studied under renowned Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher Joan White since 1996. She maintains her studies at the Iyengar School of Central Philadelphia, assisting Joan White. She also takes classes with senior teachers at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of New York.
Gabrielle currently teaches regular classes at Amrita Yoga & Wellness. With over a decade of teaching experience, she brings to each class her inspiring energy, compassion, and love of the natural world.
