Aniya Staley is a West Philadelphia community youth leader and tech educator whose work brings together technology, creativity, and community engagement.

A Community Youth Leader, Lead Summer WorkReady Counselor, and former Vice President of Centennial Parkside CDC Young Lions, Aniya has worked with both young people and older adults to make technology more accessible, useful, and less intimidating. Her approach centers patience, encouragement, and step-by-step learning, particularly for people starting with little or no previous experience.

At 23, Aniya brings a distinctly intergenerational perspective to her work, combining her love of music and community with a passion for helping others build confidence with digital tools and social media.

Through approachable, hands-on learning, she creates space for people to ask questions, experiment, and discover what technology can make possible in their everyday lives.
