Jacob Weinberg

Jacob Weinberg is an artist and educator living and working in Philadelphia, PA. Working across video, sound, and installation, Jacob operates intimately within the technical dimensions of mechanisms that haunt and shape contemporary conditions of rationality, uncertainty, and subjectivity.

Alongside a studio practice, Jacob collaborates with artists to produce projections, sound, and interactive technologies for theatre and performances, which have appeared at Public Trust, Asian Arts Initiative, and the LGBT Center in New York, among other venues. Jacob currently teaches Art, Design, and Digital Culture at the University of Pennsylvania.
