Saskia (she/her) is a social scientist, educator, and writer from Philadelphia by way of Haiti. She is a visiting lecturer of economics whose work spans research, teaching, and creative practice.
Her work explores economic mobility, community development, and social justice, with a focus on how systems shape lived experience. Through both academic and public-facing platforms, she engages critical questions around equity and access.
Her writing and research have been featured in publications including The Washington Informer, The Root, and The Amistad.
