Two things are true:

1. We are moving out of 230 Vine Street to present important work in communities and spaces that need it most, by artists and leaders that can have the greatest impact.

2. For now, we still own the building at 230 Vine Street and we want artists of Philadelphia to use it. With daily access to our space, we hope to bring in new energy, and develop new partners and collaborators for our next phase.

From September 1st 2018 until at least January 1st 2019, the Painted Bride is offering FREE access to former office and studio space for artists to develop projects, hold rehearsals, utilize office space, get work done, and collaborate with other artists and the Bride.

We are taking informal applications for these mini-residencies from anyone interested including existing organizations, projects, and individual artists. Write us a short paragraph explaining why you should become our co-working artistic office mate!

Who are you? What kid of work do you do? What would you do with a section of the space? What are your space needs? What is a project you are working on? What do you need help with? How can we help make your work/dreams/ideas a reality, by providing space, relationships, and guidance?

email your applications or questions by August 24th to april@localhost/paintedbride
