Vinyl Exchange is a listening session, artist panel, and day party rolled into one. Regional artists share tracks from recent vinyl releases and talk process, aesthetics, and collaboration, creating a live dialogue between the music and the people who made it.

Vinyl Exchange brings regional artists into conversation through recently released musical works pressed on vinyl. Part listening session, part artist panel, part day party, the program invites each artist to play a track or two and talk through process, aesthetics, and collaboration.

Rather than a traditional listening party, Vinyl Exchange centers the dialogue between the works themselves. How do these records speak to one another? Where do their approaches intersect or diverge? What do they reveal about making music now, in community?

Featuring Black Buttafly, Nicholas Krolak, and V. Shayne Frederick, this free public program offers an intimate, artist-led listening experience followed by conversation and connection.
