A Mouthwatering Menu for Saturday Night (seriously, look at this food!)

We are really excited for the Oliver ‘TUKU’ Mtukudzi and The Black Spirits concert this Saturday, January 12th. Not only do we have this Zimbabwean legend coming to our stage, but we’ll also have three of Philly’s hottest DJs spinning sounds from the African Diaspora – Brotha Onaci, Lil’ Dave and Junior. Sounds like a great night right? Well, it just got sweeter, literally. The Mwaza Company will be in the building all night serving up delicious treats.

Mwaza’s Afrofusion Mini Variety Platter features black bean coconut rice topped with sweet tomato stewed onions and peppers, collard green rolls stuffed with black-eye peas and char-grilled salmon, Ajoko’s new signature BBQ sweet potato turkey meatballs, and Southern-style baked mac-n-cheese.
